After approval, you’ll also need:
- Proof of current passport (no later than 2 months before session begins)
- Proof of immunizations (depends on country)
- Proof of medical insurance & confirmation of travel health
- Funding requirements when due
- You are responsible for all travel expenses to and from the departure city (either Seattle or Portland)
- You are responsible for all passport and immunization expenses
- International visa fees included in cost of intensives
- Guidelines and letters are available to help with fundraising

- Basic Training Registration (room and board at Camp Jonah)
- Course materials
- Kit of reusable children’s outreach tools to use anywhere around the world ($400 value)
- All Adventure Camp activities
- All international room, board, travel expenses
